Today is the blog's one year birthday and you can't imagine how happy, excited, and proud I am of this blog. I never intended this blog to be a place where I published stories. I always intended it to be an update site where I gave updates on my upcoming books but it completely changed after the first Rania story. It's now a hub for stories I want to publish and series I want on paper. What I had also predicted to happen was that I would probably have 100 views on the blog in my first year but I got SEVENTEEN TIMES MORE! I had really underestimated the capability this blog had and I hope as the years to come that this blog will keep exceeding my expatiations. 

Since it is the blog's birthday, I do have a few special announcements. For a limited time only, you'll be able to get a One Year Anniversary Postcard which would be the image above. All you have to do is click here and click on the print button. Also, the blog, for the first time ever will change it's ENTIRE template. I'm not sure what it'll be or for how long it will stay but it will be changed starting some time next week.

I have a sort of special announcement for Blog-iary and it's that Blog-iary will be getting a wiki website. Now, it's only going to be for Blog-iary and not T.A.R.L. Why? Because Blog-iary is like a person headed somewhere, it had a routine route that starts here, goes there and there and finally reaches it's destination. Certain things have to be remember to keep a nice and calm ride. T.A.R.L on the other hand, is a person with a start, a finish and all the time in the world. It goes everywhere with only certain things that were remembered to that route. To sum it up, Blog-iary has a constant story throughout the entire series and I've planed what needs to set in motion for it to end but, T.A.R.L doesn't have a consecutive story for the first story to the last, it doesn't have a journey and to users and most episodes you just need a small idea of what's happened. The wiki will have a pictures of almost every character that'll get introduced (right now I'm trying to debate what Dan and Dan's character models should be). 

I have a VERY special announcement for The Adventures of Rania Lords, on the 19th of April, the one year anniversary of the series, I'll self-publish a book with all the TARL stories with redesigned text messages, a commentary by Rania's about her diary, an author's note, and one never been read story. I'm working so hard on trying to make this book look really good and I really hope you enjoy it. It's gonna be a 5x8 trade book published by a self publishing company called Blurb. It will most likely cost between $8 to $15 but I'm not sure for how much it'll cost international. The reason I wanted to do something like this is because I wanted people to be able to read the entire series anywhere they are even if your power goes out. I also did this so I can test out publishing because there's a book I want to publish but I can't publish it because I've got way to much stuff to do. Lastly, this is a selfish reason, I want to be able to just read this whenever I'm bored and be proud I actually published a book for real this time. The book will be on sale on the 19th or 17th of April I think on the blurb website. I'll have more info coming in the following weeks.

Finally, I will be making a bimonthly or trimonthly new series called, A Taped Mix. It will be a musical series featuring (hopefully) your most favorite songs all taking place in setting that will stray from the regular setting in my two other series. It will take place in an irregular school called fandom school which is in a world full of people being part of certain fandoms uniquely shoeing it through fashion, personality, and powers. The main cast is made up of four different Highschool Seniors, two girls, two guys. The series will center around these four seniors and their wacky adventures, triumphs, life lessons, and their friendship. This will be told in a documentary style like Lemonade Mouth and the interview will be a future friends of the entire band. This will be between 10-15 stories in total with a few shorts attached. Currently, story one needs some editing since the ending is rushed (this was a story I wrote for an assignment at school). I'm super excited for this and it will be coming out on May 16th. 

And that is all my special announcements for year two so far and I can't wait to see this blog grow more and more. This is one of the only things I'm actually proud of in my live and it just makes my tear up to know that it's been a year and I've grown this much.
